Removal of Mountain Bike Park in Whitings Ranch
Description & Registration Information
Please join OC Parks, Irvine Ranch Conservancy and Oakley in removing an unauthorized mountain bike park and trail system in Whitings Ranch. We are seeking individuals willing to removing wooden structures and trails and assist in restoring the habitat.
The location is at the dead end of Portola Pkwy in Foot Hill Ranch
Duration Approx. 3-4 hours
Directions From I-5 Freeway, take Bake Pkwy exit North to Portola Pkwy, make a left turn and proceed past Paloma Drive to the end of the road – park along the street.
Bring sturdy shoes, hat, sunscreen and gloves. OC Parks will supply water and tools.
