Well, we were gonna do a nice ride around Aliso while Poppy and Serge were doing their voluntere trail assistance. And me being the good friend that I am, I thought I'd give then a little "practice".

Going down Rock-It should just be a walk in the park by now. Well riding my hardtail is just a bit differnt than my Stinky. Here's the reults.........

Poppy, and Serge did a fine job, of well, posing and taking pictures.......

Serge actually had a nice size bandage for me, so I would'nt bleed all over Pat's car on the way home. After a shower, and cleaning it up a little on my own, I went ahead and went to the clinic. They put 15 stitches in it, to remind me to wear my elbow pads on Sunday.

Sorry to dissapoint, but the Dr. did such a good job stitching it up, I thought it might make him a little upset if I went and poped a stitch. You know me.........there's always more to CRASH!!
