A group of some of us San Diego riders (and a displaced Colorado Freak) spent a day playing in the Cuyamaca and Laguna Mountains on May 19th, 2007. Our 37 mile adventure, included the Cuyamaca's East Mesa, the Indian Creek and Pine Mountain trails, the Laguna Mount Recreation Area and the upper part of Noble Canyon.  There were plenty of spring time flowers in bloom which made this a truly beautiful day to be out on a mountain bike.  Right Click on the image to download the 8 minute and 29 second video is 114MB in size.
