    editing software - Winston??

just wondering what editing software everyone/anyone is using?

     any insight is greatly apprecitated.

I just purchased a new computer that leans towards the media side of life.  Tons of memory!! yea!  and it came with Windows Vista.

I'm looking into Pinnacle Ultimate 11, though open to all input.

thanks in advance for any insight,

    tep

    A new computer...sweet.

I use Adobe Premiere Elements and have been happy with it.  Don't really have experience with any other program.

    Good luck.

You can try before you buy.  I have no experience with Pinnacle's offering, but you can try the Adobe Winston recommended or Sony Vegas (which is what I use) for free for 30 days.  Just go to their respective websites and download them.  Pinnacle may have the same policy as Adobe and Sony.

    www.adobe.com/downloads/  for example.
