Public service announcement: 

...okay, innocent until proven guilty, but if it looks like a skunk and smells like a skunk...If this guy is guilty as charged, this sucks.  As a daily commuter and someone who often rides at night on the bike, this type of story makes me think twice about riding at night. 

It goes without saying, watch your back on the road!
