Community Server 2.1 :: Photo Posting Web Service

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetAlbumHeirarchy
  Returns a heirarchical list of Albums in the current gallery

  Update an existing post

  Creates a new gallery post
• DeleteCategory
  Deletes a category
• GetServiceNameAndVersion
  Get the name and version number of the service.
• UpdateCategory
  Updates a category
• IsGalleryUsingTags
  Determines if the gallery catagorisation type
• GetPicturesByTag
  Returns a list of all photos for the specified tags/albums. If requested can return a light-weight list with no binary file data.

  Returns a list of category names for the current Gallery

  Returns a category
• GetSupportedExtensions
  Returns a list of file extensions that are allowed to be uploaded
• UpdatePost
  Update an existing post

  Returns a list of Photos in the specified album in the current gallery

  Creates a new category
• Ping
  Enables pinging to see if the site is online
• Validate
  Validates a users credentials for a specific Section
• CreatePost
  Creates a new gallery post

  Deletes a post by the PostID
• Galleries
  Returns a list of galleries the current user has post access to
