I've been lurking around this place for a while now, I've enjoyed reading the "Oaks Action" reports, but today I've got an unfortunate ride report of my own.  I rode up the hill from my house to see the fire damage.  As you can see from the photo, Oaks is pretty well charred  From the B's over to upper Zips/Chutes, and lower Zips is likely going to go soon.  There is a very large firebreak going in on the east side of Weir Canyon, I expect Irvine Park will be OK.  For now, the homes at the bottom of Oaks look to be in the most danger.
